Dangerous Practise

Also noticed that a little girl is sticking her head out of the other window and the father seems really laid-back in the front.
There’s a law that every passenger must wear a seat belt but like many other laws in SA, people couldn’t be bothered

During my childhood young children were allowed to sit in front seats, so the Saudis aren’t really that far behind our own practice. Give them a generation and they will probably get it.

I wonder how many children are harmed or worse each year as a result of it?
