That’s in my neighbourhood! I pass by it everyday and I believe it’s a sales office for the new condo complex going up there (see the sales site for details–it’s going to be quite something: http://www.emaarme.com.sa/ProjectsPages/p1/index.htm). One of my Saudi friend’s family bought a condo there. Fancy fancy!
