    The colors of the clam shells are beautiful. I was wondering if they were cooked or raw.

    • As far as I know, all the seafood at the market is fresh and none of it is cooked. Many restaurants purchase daily from here – it is done auction style or individual deals can be made as well.

    Hm not sure how fresh that seafood is…the “clams” are dead, which indicates they are dead and if not boiled thats not a good sign. Crab should not be dead as well unless cooked…but rest looks alright…
