Red Sea Conch Shell

The beauties of the Red Sea are numerous.  Because of its warm waters, one can snorkel and dive here virtually year-round.  The colors in the reefs and the varieties of fish and other wildlife make the Red Sea a diver’s delight.  This almost 8 inch across conch was just brought up from the sea.  It is smooth and shiny orange on the inside and has a hairy brownish moss on the outside.  Notice the shell’s inhabitant peeking out from the center.
