A pickup truck laden with huge ripe watermelons is parked just off to the side of a very busy road in Jeddah. The vendor rests comfortably in his makeshift little cabana which protects him from the sun’s harsh rays.

  1. Hi Awang – My mother-in-law must have watermelon each and every day! She loves the stuff!!! So we have lots of watermelon all the time.

    Hi 2Post – I love seeing the handmade fruit and vegetable carts all over the place. The produce always looks positively wonderful.

  4. Thank You for sharing .As in Kuching(Malaysia) now is the Durian(king of fruit)season.We also have local watermelons .
