I apologize for the terrible quality of this picture, but as usual we were zooming by in a car and I’m lucky I got what I did! These four young men (a couple are wearing the traditional dress of white thobes) were weaving back and forth in the middle of the street in oncoming traffic, making lots of noise, and causing quite a ruckus. I just wanted to show that boys everywhere just like to be silly and have fun. At least they weren’t drag racing like so many of the youth here do! I would have to guess that if their parents saw them doing something crazy like this, the parents would likely not be too happy. I hope they didn’t get run over!!!

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is KSA's 2nd largest city and is located on its west coast, right on the Red Sea. I moved here in 2007 with my Saudi hubby. This journal reflects the things that I see here, life through my eyes, my lens.

Cool pic! Captured a moment. Love that kind of picture. Sounds like you are on quite an adventure over there.
