The City of Jeddah is rich with public displays of art, mostly in the form of sculptures. I have previously posted many photos of the unique sculptures of Jeddah, and I am pleased to present this one, although I haven’t been able to find out any specific information about it. This enormous beautiful fish sculpture appears to be made of bronze and is located in the middle of a canal which divides several lanes of traffic in the Obhur area north of the city. The Obhur area is famed for its Red Sea beach resorts and offers diving and fishing.
About This Blog, and About Me: Susie of Arabia
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is KSA's 2nd largest city and is located on its west coast, right on the Red Sea. I moved here in 2007 with my Saudi hubby. This journal reflects the things that I see here, life through my eyes, my lens.
Please be sure to also visit my other blog, SUSIE OF ARABIA (formerly SUSIE'S BIG ADVENTURE), which relates my experiences, thoughts, and observations about living in Saudi Arabia.
