KAUST Portrait of a King

This is an amazing likeness of the King of Saudi Arabia – and it is made entirely from computer components. The portrait hangs in one of the buildings at KAUST, King Adbullah University of Science and Technology, “an international, graduate-level research university dedicated to inspiring a new age of scientific achievement in the Kingdom that will also benefit the region and the world.” KAUST opened this past year attracting leading scientists, brilliant academics, and gifted students from all over the world. For more information about KAUST, please see the post I wrote about it on my other blog, Susie’s Big Adventure.

Very unique portrait and so fitting for it’s setting.
    Thanks for sharing it!

I looked closely and could make out the computer components except for the white lines. Is that paint or some computer component I am not able to identify? I wonder if they melted some of the plastic housing, keyboards, mouse or something else that’s white?
