KAUST Illuminated Building

If I remember correctly, this illuminated building is the KAUST Library (KAUST is King Abdullah University of Science and Technology). Sorry but I’m not sure what material was used to create the translucent outer walls which are illuminated at night from withiin and create a spectacular image. To me, the material evokes seashells, which is appropriate given the university’s location on the Red Sea.
