About This Blog, and About Me: Susie of Arabia
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is KSA's 2nd largest city and is located on its west coast, right on the Red Sea. I moved here in 2007 with my Saudi hubby. This journal reflects the things that I see here, life through my eyes, my lens.
Please be sure to also visit my other blog, SUSIE OF ARABIA (formerly SUSIE'S BIG ADVENTURE), which relates my experiences, thoughts, and observations about living in Saudi Arabia.

Aston Martin of Jeddah
Aston Martin of Jeddah is housed in a round glass structure on one of the main streets of the city. You can purchase any type of high end vehicle you could ever imagine here in Saudi Arabia.
Dusty Car
This is quite a common sight here in Jeddah – cars covered with thick layers of dust. Dusty cars like this one are parked all over the city. Many appear as though they have just been abandoned.
Art on Water Trucks
I am intrigued by the whimsical paintings that decorate the utilitarian water trucks here in Jeddah. I know that this type of painting on vehicles is common in many other Asian countries as well. There are hundreds of these water … Continue reading
